Returns & Cancellations
If you receive the wrong canvas, the incorrect size, or if the product was damaged in transit, we are more than happy to replace it with no additional cost to you. We ask that you please let us know within 3 business days of an issue with your custom canvas. Since each canvas is truly unique, we do not accept returns of any kind.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your transaction, as long as we have not yet started working on your custom design. If you contact us beyond the first 24 hours, there is a very good chance that we have already starting working on your custom canvas. At that point, we would not be able to cancel your order.
Please take note of our photo selection guidelines. It is your responsibility to upload a clear and high-quality photo that meets our guidelines. If your photo is low quality, we will reach out to you and request that you please provide a higher quality photo.
If we do not receive a higher quality photo within 48 hours of contacting you, then our design team will work with the original photo that you provided. They will do their best to enhance the image quality to the best of their abilities. We cannot cancel orders after the design process has started.
